·Good Analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
·Understanding the Organizational Objectives and Delivering on the Commitments.
·Handling in the Best Interest of both Customer and Company.
·Quickly and Accurately Performing Multi-Tasks like Talking, Listening, Documenting
Information, Seeking Information and Problem Solving.
Critical Skills Required:
·Very Good Spoken English with a Neutral accent
·Good Lexical and Grammatical Ability
·Excellent Customer Service and Soft Skills
Good to Have Skills:
·Conversational Skills and Ability to Build Rapport
·Good Typing Speed.
